AWARDS, SCHOLARSHIPS & FELLOWSHIPS
Hatt has received grants from the Canada Council for the Arts, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, Société de développement des entreprises culturelles, the Ontario Arts Council and the Toronto Arts Council. Hatt has received multiple scholarships from the Banff Centre for the Arts and and the Saidye Bronfman School of the Arts. In 2003, Hatt was invited by the Canada Council to be the first International Artist in Residence at Space Studios in London, England. Hatt was a 1999 recipient of the Celanese Fellowship from the Canadian Bureau for International Education at which time she worked as Official Photographer to the Liberace Museum in Las Vegas. Hatt was the 2000 recipient of the Barbara Spohr Photography Award (BCA) and 2001 recipient of the Duke and Duchess of York Prize in Photography (CCA). Hatt was a 2010 Chalmers Professional Development Fellow.
